This in-person group includes Javan Lapp (CEO of Superior Plastic Products) as co-facilitator. Javan has years of experience leading the Lean transformation at three of the Superior family of companies. The Lean Leader Peer Group (LLPG) trains senior executives to direct their organizations to successful adoption of the Lean Business Culture. It provides instruction, self and group study, advice, peer-encouragement, and 1.5 hour per month of on-site consulting/coaching.
