Each day is an enjoyable mix of hands-on airplane production, teaching, and "daily meetings" to review production and decide how to improve.

Includes coffee, snacks, lunch, and a ring binder with workshop materials and Lean starter-docs.

  • Go deeper by improving low-volume, high variety production of Lego airplane options.
