1-Day Workshop

Designed for workers and frontline leaders. Covers basic Lean methods, thinking, and hands-on experience building Lego airplanes. Goal: get EVERYONE working together to create value, improve processes, and solve problems. $300/ea (Workshop Limited to 18 people)

This free presentation includes a virtual “Shop Tour” (photos and video) of a Toyota Assembly line and other Lean companies. I explain what Lean is, how it works and why it fits our Christian worldview. Plenty of time for Q & A!
