The next Lean Leader Peer Group begins on March 5, 2024 here in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania area and I’m pleased to announce that Javan Lapp will join me as co-facilitator.

Javan is CEO of Superior Plastics in New Holland. Superior is a 300+ employee producer of railing and related products for porches and decks. Javan has been a real student of Lean since 2016 when I began consulting at Superior.

Javan brings his insights of pursuing Lean at the same time as overseeing activities of the three companies that make up the Superior family. It’s a nice balance to my perspective as an outside consultant. If you are an owner or general manager, I think you’ll appreciate Javan’s understanding of the challenges you face and will benefit from his advice and the lessons he’s learned.

It was Javan who suggested the idea of offering a Lean Leader Peer Group. We hope that together, we can help propel you and your organization forward on the challenging—but REWARDING —pathway of Lean.
