Policies for PeopleFirstLean events

• If I must cancel an event, paid registrations will be given a full refund.
• I urge attenders to arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of schedule so we can start on time. I generally plan to begin at the announced start time.
• I request that attenders silence phones during sessions. If you must take a call, please walk out of the room before speaking. I request that you only receive calls that are genuine emergencies. 
• Please contact me after an event if either of the following is true. I am open to give refunds in these situations:
  •  If you were unable to attend due to a transportation problem, a health issue, or a crises in your family or business.
  •  If after attending you feel that you did not receive good value.
